Shirt and local beachwear return policy:

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:

• Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Bodysuits,

• Swimwear

• Undergarments, and

• Promotional Items

- Freaky Tiki Surf Shack is not responsible for the purchase of a return stamp.

In the case that your order drops below the free shipping minimum, your items will be refunded subtracting the shipping cost.

For example:

if you have a $70 order and you return a $25 shirt, you will receive $18 because the shipping will be readded to your order.
